What happens after you contact BlueGuard.

When you call during office hours, you reach the same office that books every lawn visit and every snow visit, so nobody has to pass your question along. If we miss the call, leave a message with your address and we call back within one business day.

A message from the form and an email land in the same inbox. Tell us the address of the lawn and what you need. If it is about a hedge, a bare patch or something you noticed after a visit, add a photo or two: they often let us answer without driving out to look.

If all you want is a price, the quote page beats any other way to contact BlueGuard. Pick your lot size and services, and the price shows on screen. It is worth writing to us first if your property is over 6,000 sq ft, sits just outside our 20 km circle, or needs something that is not on the list.

Already a customer? Get in touch before your day to skip a week, move a visit or stop the service. Mowing stops with a week’s notice, and a cut that did not happen is never billed.

Outside office hours, the contact form and email still work. We read them the next business day and reply within one business day.
